Looking for something to do over the next few weeks??

Well we have just the event for you, starting on Monday the 5th of August the Rock’n’Roll Dublin half marathon begins. This day includes a scenic tour of the city accompanied by live music at every mileJ. From the beautiful grounds of Stephen’s Green to the cobble stones of Temple Bar you will experience a 13.1 mile celebration.

If this isn’t enough, the annual Dublin horse show begins on the 7th of August and runs until the 11th. The Horse show caters to a wide range of tastes as it boasts 4 days of live music and entertainment, it will also appeal to those interested in art and fashion. There will also be a day dedicated to the ladies with the Blossom Hill Ladies Day on 8th of August. This family friendly event is one not to be missed.

Vodafone Dublin Comedy Festival

Hello Everybody,

It has been an amazing summer so far in Dublin. We’ve had some beautiful weather and the streets have been full with smiling faces. In addition to all the great weather there have been so many on-going events taking place around the city. For instance the annual Vodafone comedy festival is taking place this weekend, Thurs 25th-Sun 28th. With a mix of international and Irish comedians such as John Bishop and Bafta award winner Lee Mack, it is sure to be a weekend full of laughter.


The festival will take place between four specially created indoor theatres in the stunning grounds of Iveagh Gardens. The weekend will also provide a relaxed atmosphere for visitors as they can enjoy street performances and live music across the grounds.

Sunny Days in Dublin City.....


The sun is beaming, with no rain in sight and the streets of Dublin are full and the atmosphere is incredible.

In addition to the lovely weather, Dublin is jam packed with festivities this week as we have Justin Timberlake kicking off the festival season with his gig in the Phoenix Park on Wednesday and The killers are also playing in the Phoenix Park on Saturday. But if a music festival is not what you’re into, we also have a wonderful night market taking place right here in Temple Bar this coming Thursday. The night market is the first of its kind in Dublin and it will host a wide selection of arts and crafts. The market will also be selling handmade soaps, candles, fashion and jewellery. There will also be outdoor exhibits as there will be live painting on the street.

4th of July Celebrations in Temple Bar!!!

This week @ Temple Bar Hotel

Hi Everyone,

We have just enjoyed a fantastic Bank Holiday Weekend here in the capital! We had glorious sunshine all weekend ( Fingers crossed it will last!!!!).

Dublin had a wide range of events on last weekend including Forbidden Fruits, Bloom, River Fest and the Women's Mini Marathon which saw over 40,000 women take to the streets of Dublin for a 10km Run, Walk & Jog.

Don't worry if you didn't make it to any of these events over the weekend Dublin has plenty coming up in its events calender, including Taste of Dublin, The Riverdance Gathering and much much more......

Temple Bar Excitement.!!!

Morning Everyone!!

We hope you had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed the fantastic weather,

It was  a brilliant weekend of Rugby and the city was a hive of excitement all weekend. It is set to be another bumper weekend here in the city when Ulster take on Leinster in the Rabo Direct Pro 12 Final.

Its shaping up to be a fantastic Summer in the capital with events such as the Forbidden Fruit Festival and Bloom Festival kicking off proceedings in the upcoming weeks.
